Govt Announces Fee Schedule for E-Passports
The federal government has announced the schedule for submitting fees after the approval of the issuance of Machine Readable Passports (MRPs).
The fee schedule was disclosed for diplomatic, official, and ordinary categories. Citizens will be issued an e-passport after the expiry of their existing ones.
In the initial phase, MRPs are only issued only from Islamabad. The launching date of the service from other cities in Pakistan will be announced later.
Fees can be paid by different options including, The Pakistan Passport e-Payment Service, the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) mobile app, MobiCash, or EasyPaisa.
Here is the fee schedule for E-Passports:
Normal Registration:
